Our Products

We are the manufacturer of all kinds of OFC Accessories.

Splice Protection Sleeves

ofca-sps

Splice Protection Sleeves are used in splicing optical fibres. They protect the fibres after splicing and keep them straight. They are designed to completely encapsulate splice and offer environmental and mechanical integrity of coating or buffer of optical fibre after splicing. Splice Protection Sleeves are manufactured using very advanced and precisely controlled manufacturing technology.

Optical Fibre Joint Closure (Splice Closure)

ofca-jc

An Optical Fibre Cable Joint Closure is used in the joint of two or more optical fibres. Fibre from different cables are fusion spliced and kept safely inside the splice organiser provided inside the OFC joint closure. The closure is buried inside the earth (Manholes) or hanged on to a pole in case of Arial cable. There are straight or branched joint closures for armoured or unarmored optical fibre cable.

Fibre Distribution Management System

ofca-fdms

Fibre Distribution Management System (FDMS) provides management of large volume of Optical fibres of cable with flexibility and reliability in all environment of access network. It is a a cost-effective & organised rack to manage & protect high-density fibre optic installations. The system provides maximum protection to rough service field applications, while maintaining a clean appearance in the central office and equipment closet.

Fibre Distribution Frame

ofca-fdf

Fibre Distribution Frame caters the general functions of organising the optical fibre pigtails and patch cords at distribution nodes in the fibre network. It connects optical fibre termination Box on one side and optical line termination equipment on the other side. In the exchange premises. The Fibre Distribution Frame also permits optical test equipment to be connected to the OF Cable in order to check the transmission lines and terminal equipment. It also provides storage facilities for the excess lengths of pigtails and patch cords.

Fibre Management System

ofca-fms

Fibre Management System manages the fibre connections from outside of fibre rack to the fibre routers. Fibre cable duct containing many fibres come from far end sites and terminate on FMS using splicing technology. FMS has fibre in and fibre out ports. From fibre out port the fibre patch will go to fibre optics based router. Fibre Management System provided by us are highly demanded all over the market for its quality.

Optical Fibre Termination Box

ofca-oftb

The Fibre Distribution Termination Box (FDTB) is used to terminate metal free and armoured optical fibre cables of various designs like loose tube, central tube and slotted core etc. OFTB is suitable for terminating optical fibre coming from the line and connecting the optical fibres to the pigtails by splicing.

19'' Server/ Equipment Rack

ofca-rack

A 19-inch rack is a standardised frame or enclosure for mounting multiple equipment modules. Each module has a front panel that is 19 inches (482.6 mm) wide. The 19-inch dimension includes the edges or ears that protrude on each side which allow the module to be fastened to the rack frame with screws. These Racks are manufactured to stringent specifications to meet varied requirements of communications and are also manufactured to customer’s design and specifications.

Optical Fibre Patchcords/ Pigtails

ofca-pc

A fibre optic patch cord is a fibre optic cable capped at either end with connectors that allow it to be rapidly and conveniently connected to CATV, an optical switch or other telecommunication equipment. Its thick layer of protection is used to connect the optical transmitter, receiver, and the terminal box. This is known as “interconnect-style cabling”.

Optical Fibre Adapters

ofca-adapter

A Fibre Optic Adapter connects two Fibre Optic Connectors in the fibre optic lines. An optical fiber connector terminates the end of an optical fibre, and enables quicker connection and disconnection than splicing. The connectors mechanically couple and align the cores of fibres so light can pass. Better connectors lose very little light due to reflection or misalignment of the fibres. We manufacture adapters of the 4 most commonly used connectors ie. FC, SC, ST & LC for all the permutations possible.
